The summertime is peak season for classic car shows, and June 2017 is no exception, with a wealth of events scheduled up and down the UK for the weekends.

Dunsfold Collection Land Rover Show – Saturday June 10th – Sunday June 11th
The Dunsfold Collection Open Weekend has been renamed as the Land Rover Show for 2017 in recognition of the vehicles on display as well as those that fill the event’s car park as visitors roll on to the Springbok Estate in Alfold, Cranleigh, over the course of the weekend.
Dog-owners are welcome to bring their pets along, although the organisers ask for them to be kept on a lead at all times, and adult tickets are priced from £15 per day advance, or £18 on the day.

Classic and Vintage Commercial Show – Saturday June 10th – Sunday June 11th
Back to the British Motor Museum on the weekend of June 10th-11th for a slightly different classic car show, this time focused squarely on commercial vehicles.
Over 300 vintage and classic lorries will be on display, with adult tickets starting from £10 when booked in advance, and including access to an indoor show of model vehicles in case of heavy weather.

Raby Castle Classic Vehicle Show – Sunday June 18th
The Raby Castle Classic Vehicle Show is a one-day event that gives classic car enthusiasts a great Sunday out, with adult tickets priced at just £7 and children just £2.50, plus an entry fee of £6 and £3 respectively if you want to enter Raby Castle itself.
The biannual event includes exhibits of classic cars including Austins, Triumphs and MGs, plus Land Rovers, commercial vehicles, trucks and bikes.

Old Skool Ford Tour of the Moor – Friday June 23rd – Sunday June 25th
Old Skool Ford’s first ‘Tour of the Moor’ takes place in and around Dartmoor on the weekend of June 23rd-25th, including a tour of Dartmoor National Park on Saturday June 24th.
Participants can camp at River Dart Country Park in Ashburton, Devon, on the Friday and Saturday nights, with vehicles on display to the public during the Sunday daytime, and children and dogs all welcome throughout the weekend.

Flywheel Festival – Saturday June 24th – Sunday June 25th
Flywheel Festival at Bicester Heritage collects classic cars, military machinery and aircraft, all set against the backdrop of a carefully preserved World War II bomber station.
On the ground, several hundred cars and motorcycles form the classic vehicle show, while overhead, the military aircraft will perform flypasts and aeronautical displays; there are also music performances and vintage shopping fairs as part of the fun.
